This is for you if…
● You are a consistent performer and know the jobs you want.
● You have desirable skills and experience, and recruiters are reaching out to you with opportunities you’re excited about. BUT you struggle with articulating your experience, skills, and successes in a compelling way.
● It may have been a while since you last entered the job market and your interview skills are rusty. You’re left blindsided or sweating bullets by behavioral questions that test your soft skills or management capabilities.
● It felt like the last interview you did went well, but you’re still without an offer letter and are wondering what you did wrong!
● Or, worse, your nerves got the better of you in that last interview, and you could tell the interview panel was bored and unimpressed (ouch!).
If a good interview is the only thing standing in the way of your next big career move, then this is the intensive crash-course you need. The Confident Interviewer Program is for job seekers who struggle with the art of interviewing.
Long gone are the days of a one-and-done, one-hour interview with an offer letter waiting for you a day or two later.
Interviewing is a marathon and you have to master the art of pithy storytelling and self-promotion in an authentic way.
I had gone through a few interviews and I wasn't able to get an offer. It began to impact my self-esteem. While I was secure in my current position, the stagnation of my career was also beginning to weigh heavily on me emotionally. It had been more than 10 years since I last searched for a job and it became clear that I needed help with my interview skills. Through mock interviews, Stephanie showed me how to talk about my experiences in a way that demonstrated how I would help the company operate better and grow, and she taught me how to pivot the interview when asked about skills gaps. Not only did I land a job at a premier media and production company, but I was offered a position one level higher than I initially interviewed for. Stephanie’s help certainly exceeded my expectations from the standpoint of exactly how much I needed to improve my interviewing skills.

What you’ll get in this 3-week intensive:
● Mock interviews with questions based on actual jobs you have applied to or have been invited to interview for in the past
● Tactical advice on how to answer behavioral questions beyond your past experience and those responsibilities listed in the job description
● Turn the interview from an interrogation into a conversation with my strategies so you can gain information from the interview panel on what matters most to them, and tailor your responses to the panelists’ needs
● Strong responses to hard-to-answer questions related to skills you don’t have that are relevant to the job, employment gaps, and other difficult employment situations like layoffs and short job stints
● Personalized feedback after each mock interview session along with my interview guide
● A list of questions to ask interview panelists so you can utilize the interview to see if the employer is a good fit for you
