About
Hi, I’m Stephanie Mansueto, a senior corporate recruiter and job hunting coach helping emerging social impact leaders level-up in their careers with mission-driven companies and organizations that appreciate them, and reward them, for their talents.
I’ve worked with medium and large global companies and non-profits in HR, operations, program management, and business development, and I know what employers are really looking for in top talent. And, because I’m still working in recruitment, I’m on top of the latest trends for how to present yourself — in your resume and cover letter, online, and in person.
So believe me when I say: When you’ve got insider knowledge of what recruiters, HR departments, and management are actually looking for… it’s not a crapshoot.

Searching for your next job becomes a clear, intentional exercise of finding companies that align with your values and roles that match up with your skills and interests, then positioning you to be the “no brainer” pick.

Through 1:1 coaching, I help ambitious professionals like you develop a personalized job hunting strategy that gets you laser-focused on finding the right job, that pays well, and is a good cultural fit. Then I’ll guide you through positioning yourself as the “no brainer” candidate through marketing tools, networking, and navigating the interview process.
I’ll also demystify the most frustrating and questionable aspects of the job hunt including:
● How do I network with companies I have no connections to?
● How do I get my resume past the applicant tracking system and stand out among hundreds of applicants?
● How do I find jobs that are a good fit for me?
● How do I decode a job description to know if it’s worth my time to apply?
● How do I answer curveball behavioral questions or talk about challenging aspects of my career during interviews?
● How do I maintain motivation during a long, arduous interview process?
● How do I negotiate a competitive compensation package without feeling like a contestant on the Shark Tank?
With me, you’ll have a personalized, strategic approach to your job hunt where you’ll take manageable steps every week towards getting the job you want. Without the job hunt taking over your life.
It’s a comprehensive approach that goes beyond just hitting the ‘apply’ button on a job post.
You’ll get out of your comfort zone to connect with people in your industry and learn how to engage with them in a genuine way that builds real relationships. You’ll also learn how to self-promote with confidence in various settings like virtual coffees, events, and formal interviews — all in an effort to tap into the traditional and “hidden” job market and get you to your next job faster.
A little more about me…
Not only am I a recruiter, but I’ve had several career changes myself — which I made with zero connections in my target industry! I’ve turned down job opportunities with “you’re an idiot if you don’t take this” compensation packages because they weren’t the right fit (and never looked back). And I’ve also blindly run from bad job to shittier job. I’ve learned from great leaders and learned even more from toxic ones. I’ve made some impressive career moves, and some questionable ones — but I couldn’t be happier with where I’ve landed.
I currently recruit mid and senior professionals for a global professional services company with a focus on international development. I have one of the most expansive professional backgrounds you’ll come across in a recruiter which has allowed me to network, interview, and hire great talent all over the world. And now I’ve packaged all my experience and knowledge into services that’ll help you navigate the job hunt with confidence.
When I’m not helping people land their next big job, you can find me doing all the outdoor adventure things around the U.S., tirelessly defending my hometown pride (Philly girl for life!), checking out a stand-up comedy show, or awkwardly asking strangers if I can pet their dog.
Schedule a free 30-minute job assessment and consult. I’ll personally review your resume and job postings. There's no pressure or obligation. Really.
